How to Submit a Great Custom Cake Request

The quality of your custom cake request directly affects how quickly and accurately a cake artist can respond. Here is what to include.

• Event date and location: The single most important detail for checking availability.
• Event type and guest count: Helps determine cake size and style.
• Theme and inspiration photos: Even a rough idea or a few reference images speeds up design conversations.
• Flavor and dietary needs: Mention any allergies or dietary restrictions up front.
• Budget range: Sharing a budget range, even a rough one, helps a cake artist recommend the right design and size.
• Pickup or delivery preference: Lets the cake artist quote logistics correctly.
